Basecast™ by Date Version 2.0, Publication Date 2024.03.15

On 15, 2024, Motionworks published an updated Version 2 to its Basecast™ by Date product. Version 2 will eventually replace Version 1 as the default record of travel in the United States. Version 2 includes a full daily history for each county and DMA in the United States from January 1, 2019 through February 29, 2024.
This is an incremental release of Version 2 containing daily travel patterns for February 2024.
This release also introduces medians for the following metrics in addition to mean averages:
- trips_per_capita_per_day_median
- pmt_per_capita_per_day_median
- pmt_per_trip_per_day_median
